Business Coach

About the role

The Business Coach will work closely with the commercial operations team to boost performance and improve customer outcomes. This fixed‑term, full‑time position is based in Cairo and supports training, coaching and competency development across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with line managers and key stakeholders to identify training and coaching needs for individuals and teams.
• Design, develop and deliver coaching interventions using classroom sessions, team meetings, facilitation and one‑to‑one coaching.
• Provide on‑the‑job support for telephony, web‑chat and customer‑service skills, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Create structured timetables for training activities and monitor progress against objectives.
• Engage internal and external business partners to enrol and sustain participation in development programmes.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Multilingual abilities with excellent written and spoken English.
• Coaching experience or certification, preferably within a regulated environment.
• Experience in training or facilitation is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
