Business Developer – Facility Management (7+ years)

About the role

EFMS Co is looking for an experienced Business Developer to expand its facility management portfolio across commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, retail and hospitality sectors. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing tenders and building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in multiple sectors, monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Generate leads through outreach, referrals, networking and tender participation, targeting property owners, developers, asset managers and government entities.
• Prepare and submit competitive proposals for RFPs/RFQs, coordinating with operations, finance and technical teams.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline and ensure smooth handover of won contracts to operations.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, service scope and performance metrics to close new deals and renew existing ones.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional FM services such as HVAC, cleaning, security and landscaping.
• Ensure proposals comply with regulatory, safety and industry standards (ISO, HSE, sustainability).
• Track KPIs, prepare forecasts and keep CRM records up to date.
• Represent EFMS Co at industry events and forums to strengthen brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the Facility Management Services sector.
• Proven stakeholder management and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tender processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of ISO, HSE and sustainability standards.
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
