Assistant Manager, Sales - Cairo (Retail Sales Rotation Program)

About the role

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA offers a 12-month Retail Sales Rotation Program in Cairo designed to develop future sales leaders. Participants gain hands-on experience across retail sales channels, covering field sales execution, distributor operations, key customer management and customer development, while building a foundation in retail sales, commercial acumen and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Months 1-6: Execute sales across assigned territories, monitor visibility, merchandising and promotions, track coverage, strike rate and distribution, and follow competitor activity and market trends.
• Months 7-9: Take part in territory planning and sales forecasting, supervise sales execution, monitor stock availability and product distribution, and analyse business performance to recommend improvements.
• Months 10-12: Run trade activities to accelerate sales, design loyalty programs across the TT channel, and manage the success picture across all TT subchannels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Maximum 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for sales.
• Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Selling and negotiation skills.
• Route-to-market and distributor management knowledge.
