Business Developer – Facility Management

About the role

EFMS Co is seeking a proactive Business Developer to drive growth across its facility management services. You will identify new opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and build lasting client relationships in a fast‑moving B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, retail, and hospitality sectors.
• Generate leads through outreach, referrals, tenders and networking; maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs, coordinate proposal preparation with operations, finance and technical teams, and develop pricing models and contract terms.
• Establish and nurture long‑term client relationships, conduct site visits and presentations, and ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, lead negotiations and close new contracts.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for additional FM services and support contract renewals.
• Ensure proposals comply with regulatory, safety and industry standards (ISO, HSE, sustainability).
• Track KPIs, prepare forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Represent EFMS Co at industry events and strengthen brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales or a related B2B role.
• Experience in the Facility Management Services sector is highly preferred.
• Proven stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
