About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to identify, create, and nurture partnerships that generate new revenue streams for the company. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to translate strategic plans into successful execution.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain new relationships to expand the business footprint.
- Manage existing partnerships to ensure ongoing value and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement partnership strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of business development experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to think critically and plan for project success.
