Outdoor Sales Representative – HORECA (Giza)

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Representative will focus on the HORECA channel (hotels, restaurants, cafés) in Giza and Greater Cairo. Working on‑site, you will promote Al‑Telal’s range of olives, olive oil, pickles and honey, building new business and strengthening existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential HORECA customers to present the product portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Deliver product samples and conduct professional sales presentations to decision‑makers.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines and close deals.
• Collect orders accurately, follow up on deliveries and ensure high service levels.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback or complaints.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely deliveries.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in FMCG or food & beverage, preferably with HORECA clients.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the Giza and Greater Cairo market.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for field visits.
• Ability to work independently, manage territory and meet sales targets.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
