Business Development Manager – Marketing Agency

About the role

Blue Media Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join its Cairo office. You will play a key role in expanding the agency’s client portfolio and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marketing and advertising sector.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitor activity, and potential client needs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal creative, media, and account teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Track sales pipelines, prepare forecasts, and report on performance metrics.

Required profile
