Business Development Manager – Payin & Payouts

About the role

We are a leading payment gateway operating in the Egyptian market, seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive high‑volume merchant acquisition and expand our local payment rails. You will be responsible for signing up the largest merchants and financial institutions, enabling them to collect and payout in local currency through our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Close deals with global brands (SaaS, gaming, retail) looking to enter Egypt, leveraging local collection methods such as Fawry kiosks, Vodafone Cash, and Meeza cards.
• Ensure merchants achieve the highest possible payment acceptance rates by optimizing checkout flows.
• Sell instant transfer solutions to companies needing real‑time payouts to suppliers, drivers, or influencers.
• Partner with Egyptian payment apps and neobanks to provide fintech‑as‑a‑service for large‑scale disbursements.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to the first live transaction and drive volume growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Egypt’s fintech or banking sector (e.g., Paymob, Fawry, Geidea, CIB).
• Deep knowledge of local payment methods and Central Bank of Egypt regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, able to pitch to local CEOs and close with global headquarters.
