Business Development Manager – Student Recruitment

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive GEDU's student recruitment efforts by building new partnerships, supporting enrolment targets and enhancing operational efficiency. This remote role focuses on expanding the study‑abroad education business across Egypt and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create partnerships with new student recruitment agencies and educational providers.
• Support the team in achieving recruitment targets for each intake.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, recruiting partners and customers.
• Analyse customer feedback and financial data to improve services and profitability.
• Provide training to new recruiting partners and present GEDU offerings to potential partners.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with executives to determine cost‑effective strategies for growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Ability to travel as needed and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
