Business Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Huzzle is seeking a high‑energy Business Development Representative to act as the engine of its sales organization. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating interest and building a robust pipeline that drives growth for high‑growth international companies.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high‑potential prospects through cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Craft personalized outreach messages that clearly articulate the value proposition to key decision‑makers.
• Maintain a high volume of daily activity to meet and exceed meeting‑set and pipeline targets.
• Manage and update lead data within the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and seamless handoffs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or outbound lead generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence handling objections.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage a high volume of tasks and follow‑ups.
• Resilient, competitive “hunter” mindset.
• Quick learner of new software and sales tools.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar sales engagement tools.
