Business Development Specialist – Fresh Graduate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team and support the promotion of our coaching programs. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in sales and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to promote coaching programs and generate qualified leads.
• Guide prospects through the full sales process, answer their questions and help them choose the most suitable program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and timely follow‑ups.
• Track sales activities, keep accurate records in the CRM system and report on pipeline performance.
• Manage and moderate the company’s social‑media channels, respond to inquiries and engage with the online community.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Very good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for tracking leads and activities.
