Business Development Specialist – HR Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to generate new business opportunities and build long‑term relationships with companies that need HR solutions. You will identify prospects, develop sales pipelines, and close deals for recruitment, outsourcing, staffing, payroll and managed HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals and events.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and arrange meetings with HR Directors, CEOs, Operations Managers and Procurement teams.
• Understand client hiring and outsourcing needs and present appropriate HR solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate client onboarding with internal recruitment and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Develop strategic partnerships and identify new market opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR or related field.
• 4–5 years of B2B business development or corporate sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing new business.
• Existing network of HR leaders and business decision‑makers is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
