Business Performance Analyst

About the role

The Business Performance Analyst will monitor, analyze and report on overall business performance across all functions. Acting as a key partner to management, the role provides actionable insights, develops executive dashboards and supports data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate business performance against strategic objectives, operating plans and targets.
• Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks, KPIs and executive dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems, produce real‑time management reports and scorecards for senior leadership.
• Conduct variance, profitability and root‑cause analyses to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity, establish reporting standards and maintain KPI dictionaries across departments.
• Support strategic planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business performance monitoring and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and HR.
