Business Planning & Reporting Senior Analyst

About the role

The Business Planning & Reporting Senior Analyst will partner with Business Planning & Analysis, Product, and Finance teams to build and maintain robust forecasting models, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain planning and forecasting models incorporating key business assumptions.
• Support submission of planned and forecasted volumes, balances, revenues, and expenses.
• Monitor business performance against approved plans through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, highlighting variances and trends.
• Produce management reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and decision‑making.
• Analyze financial performance across products, balances, revenues, expenses, and other KPIs.
• Investigate performance variances, identify drivers, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist in preparing business cases, investment plans, and financial models such as profitability, breakeven, and payback analyses.
• Evaluate sales incentive schemes, performance against targets, and support incentive methodology improvements.
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to develop accurate reports and insights.
• Identify business trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
• Conduct periodic profitability analysis across products, branches, or segments and suggest improvement actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• University or college degree.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and trend observation.
• Financial awareness.
