Business Teacher for AI Training (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking experienced post‑secondary business instructors to help train AI systems in core business concepts. Working fully remotely, you will apply your classroom expertise to shape how AI understands strategy, management, operations and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review business questions, case studies, and scenarios used to train AI models.
• Evaluate AI‑generated business content for accuracy, clarity and real‑world relevance.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations and examples.
• Validate complex scenarios and edge cases based on your teaching experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project milestones.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of teaching business at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of management, strategy, operations and finance topics.
• Excellent written communication and ability to articulate business reasoning.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• No prior AI experience required – subject‑matter expertise is key.
