Butler Valet – Luxury Guest Service

About the role

The Butler Valet provides personalized, high‑end service to guests at our luxury property in Cairo. You will anticipate guest needs, coordinate with multiple hotel departments, and ensure every detail of the guest experience meets the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver coffee, tea, and other in‑room amenities on request.
• Prepare and communicate new arrival notes to the hotel team.
• Coordinate with the front desk to ready VIP rooms and escort early arrivals.
• Assist guests during check‑in, anticipate needs, and manage Butler flags in internal systems.
• Send pre‑arrival emails and follow up on laundry requests.
• Work closely with Guest Services, Engineering, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and professional etiquette.
