Call Center Agent (2026)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve student issues using our computer systems. The role involves direct communication with callers and collaboration with internal departments to ensure a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and respond to caller inquiries promptly.
• Provide accurate and complete information to inquirers.
• Identify, research, and resolve student issues using the computer system.
• Follow up on unresolved inquiries and contact the inquirer as needed.
• Communicate with other departments to address complaints and problems.
• Route calls to the appropriate resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0‑2 years of experience in a call‑center environment.
• Fluent English and excellent Arabic speaking skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Strong data‑entry and typing abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and work effectively as a team player.
• Flexibility, creativity in problem solving, and strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Good internet navigation skills.
