Call Center Agent – Customer Service & Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Call Center Agent to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information about our real‑estate projects, qualify leads, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all inbound calls through the company hotline, meeting service‑level agreements and delivering a professional, customer‑centric experience.
• Provide up‑to‑date details on developers, projects, unit types, and available offerings while identifying customer needs and qualifying lead potential.
• Capture and maintain complete lead information after each interaction, including customer details, project preferences, and budget ranges.
• Monitor and track call activity, ensuring accurate recording in designated systems and high data integrity.
• Prepare daily performance reports covering call volumes, response metrics, missed calls, and lead‑generation outcomes.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• 1–3 years of experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment; real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication, professional telephone manner, and strong active‑listening abilities.
• High attention to detail with strong data‑entry and administrative capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM or lead‑management systems.
