About the role

The Showroom Officer will promote QNBAA's car loan products directly to customers in a dealership environment. The role focuses on acquiring new borrowers, guiding them through the loan process, and ensuring a seamless hand‑over of the vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Promote car loan products and persuade customers to choose QNBAA.
• Calculate and present full loan instalment details to clients.
• Apply innovative sales techniques to attract new‑to‑bank customers and increase market share.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral partners.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within the defined schedule.
• Coordinate with back‑office teams to guarantee quality service.
• Direct clients to the appropriate branch for loan finalisation.
• Collaborate with the Direct Business Support team throughout the loan cycle.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to confirm specifications match the offer.
• Maintain professional conduct in the showroom in line with QNBAA policies.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, internal regulations and international standards.
• Support permanent supervision, anti‑money‑laundering and operational risk guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably with exposure to banking or financial products.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
