About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Catering Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, grow revenue, and nurture client relationships across corporate, wedding, private event, and institutional sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various catering markets.
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, managing key accounts.
- Lead client meetings, site visits, and tastings to close sales.
- Create customized proposals and contracts, negotiating pricing and terms.
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, and event planning teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and KPIs, maintaining accurate CRM records.
Required profile
- 7+ years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, or foodservice.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of catering trends, menu planning, and event logistics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
