CCTV & IT Technician

About the role

The CCTV & IT Technician will join ITS Integrated Technologies Systems in Port Said, handling the installation, configuration and maintenance of CCTV and IT infrastructure. The role combines technical support, network monitoring and customer service to ensure secure and reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems and related infrastructure.
• Set up, manage and troubleshoot network equipment and overall IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues promptly.
• Monitor network performance and enforce security measures such as firewalls and access controls.
• Provide responsive technical support to end‑users and document configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and implement technology upgrades and system improvements.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in IT and network administration with experience supporting IT systems and network devices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems efficiently.
• Knowledge of network security principles, including basic firewall and data protection practices.
• Experience installing, configuring and maintaining CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR).
• Good customer service skills and ability to work on‑site in Port Said.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in IT, Computer Networks or related field; certifications such as CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
