Software Quality Assurance Senior Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our fintech team. In this role you will work closely with developers and stakeholders, plan and execute testing for new features, and lead automation initiatives to ensure high‑quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to maintain alignment and effective communication throughout projects.
• Plan, execute, and validate functional and performance testing for new features.
• Lead and contribute to automation of test cases using manual, API, database, and mobile automation tools.
• Detect, report, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
• Conduct regression and smoke testing, and propose process improvements to enhance QA practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of testing experience, with a focus on mobile automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Appium, Rest Assured, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing, OWASP standards, and PCI compliance is a plus.
