CCTV Operator

About the role
The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring security cameras across our retail branches and ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers. This position works closely with branch managers and the security team to maintain vigilance and rapid response to any incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and oversee branch activities in real time.
- Identify and report any violations, irregularities, or security concerns.
- Prepare daily surveillance reports and promptly escalate critical issues.
- Coordinate with branch managers and the security team to ensure effective incident handling.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience operating CCTV systems.
- Previous experience in the retail sector.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
