About the role
We are looking for a diligent CCTV Operator to join our security team at our Cairo branch. The role involves continuous monitoring of video surveillance feeds to ensure the safety and smooth operation of our retail locations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras across all branches and oversee daily activities.
- Identify and report any violations, irregularities or safety concerns.
- Prepare and submit daily surveillance reports, escalating critical issues as needed.
- Coordinate with branch managers and the central security team to resolve incidents.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience operating CCTV systems.
- Previous experience in the retail sector.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
