About the role
The CCTV Operator will continuously monitor the company's surveillance network to protect assets and branches. The role ensures that any unusual activity is promptly identified and reported, supporting a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously monitor CCTV systems to safeguard company assets and branches.
- Detect and report unusual activities in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on security matters.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring within the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance and security control systems.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to prepare accurate and professional incident reports.
