Center Manager – Plasma Donation Center

About the role

The Center Manager will act as the general manager of a plasma donation center, overseeing all operational, financial, regulatory and quality aspects. The role ensures efficient donor flow, high‑quality collections, and a work environment that drives operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead people management and development: train staff, provide coaching, conduct performance reviews and support recruitment.
• Supervise daily center operations, monitor donor recruitment and retention, and implement corrective action plans.
• Achieve donation targets while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards.
• Analyze operational data to drive efficiency, manage risk and improve net yields.
• Oversee product and bio‑hazard waste shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
• Manage financial oversight, set annual budgets and meet monthly financial targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute donor recruitment campaigns and provide analytical insights.
• Deliver public and institutional presentations to raise awareness and build partnerships with governmental and private entities.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for operational policies, the Plasma Donation System and the Plasma Payment System.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a medical or plasma donation facility.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff training, coaching and talent development.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvement plans.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and achieving financial targets.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality‑compliance processes in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills for internal meetings, public presentations and partnership building.
