Center Quality Assurance Specialist (Plasma Center)

About the role

The Center Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that the plasma donation center operates in full compliance with internal standards, Egyptian regulations, and cGMP requirements. Working under the direct supervision of the Center Quality Manager, the role focuses on reviewing processes, documentation, and equipment to maintain the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic reviews of donor center records and equipment quality control logs.
• Inspect equipment incident logs and verify the release of sample shipments.
• Inspect and release incoming supplies and perform regular employee observations.
• Assist the Center Quality Manager in enforcing cGMP regulations and SOP adherence.
• Participate in the drafting and updating of SOPs related to donor center operations.
• Review documentation of unsuitable test results and manage disposition of affected units.
• Communicate findings and improvement suggestions to the Quality Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a health‑related science.
• Minimum two years of experience in a GMP or pharmaceutical quality environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and cGMP regulations.
• Excellent integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Effective written and spoken English and Arabic.
