Change Manager – Senior Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

Join PwC’s advisory team in Cairo to support large‑scale business transformations such as digital, ERP and operating model redesigns. As a Senior Associate Change Manager you will design and deliver change strategies, work with senior client stakeholders and lead workstreams within programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end change management strategies using PwC methodologies (PROSCI, Agile) and conduct organisational readiness assessments.
• Support and co‑lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate workshops, alignment sessions and governance meetings.
• Create communication plans, develop training concepts and ensure consistent messaging across the programme.
• Lead or support specific change workstreams in transformation programmes (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, digital initiatives) and track change KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Contribute to business development by assisting with proposals, client presentations and internal knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑driven environment and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Change management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects (preferred).
• Certifications in Change Management or Agile frameworks (preferred).
• Data‑driven change and adoption tracking.
