Change Manager - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's workforce consulting practice in Cairo advises clients on human resources, talent management and organisational development. As a Change Manager (Senior Associate), you will help clients navigate organisational change, build change strategies, assess readiness and design communication plans so that employees adopt new processes and technologies while engagement and culture improve.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams for large-scale transformation initiatives, designing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive stakeholder engagement and readiness, and oversee training programs to support adoption
• Manage change impact assessments, mitigate risks and monitor adoption metrics to give leadership actionable insights
• Build relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions to secure buy-in
• Develop communication plans with consistent messaging across channels, tailored to different audiences
• Direct the creation of training frameworks and oversee their delivery
• Track and report on success metrics, gather feedback and implement corrective actions

Required profile

• 8-12 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or an enterprise organization
• 3-4 years of experience in change management, with a strong track record of leading change management plan implementations

Required skills

• Ability to design and implement structured change frameworks such as ADKAR
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to win buy-in at mid-to-senior levels
• Clear communication across multiple channels and channels
• Project leadership: managing workstreams, budgets and timelines
