About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Chat Customer Service Specialist to join our on‑site team in Cairo. You will be the text‑based voice of our brand, handling live‑chat interactions, resolving issues, and driving sales through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers via live chat, delivering prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses.
• Resolve complaints efficiently, turning challenges into loyalty opportunities.
• Identify needs and upsell or cross‑sell products and services to meet sales targets.
• Record all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on promotions and policies.
