Archirodon, an international EPC contractor active for more than half a century in energy, marine, infrastructure and defense and security projects, is looking for a reliable and highly motivated Chief Estimator to join its Cairo office. The role covers electrical estimation and tendering, from scope definition and quantity take-offs to cost estimates, supplier quotations and tender support.

- Prepare complete electrical cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, freight, logistics and other costs.
- Develop labor productivity and installation cost assumptions based on project location and requirements.
- Issue RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors, evaluate and normalize quotations, and prepare tender clarifications, assumptions, exclusions and RFIs.
- Identify scope gaps, design discrepancies, constructability concerns and commercial risks, and support value engineering and alternative pricing.
- Prepare estimates for change orders and Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REA) on awarded projects, and maintain cost data from completed projects.
- Manage multiple tenders accurately and on strict bid deadlines, and guide junior estimators and quantity surveyors.
- Coordinate with MEP, Procurement, Engineering and Project teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical estimation and tendering on medium to large-scale construction projects.
