Civil Site Engineer

About the role

ABEC is seeking a motivated Civil Site Engineer to supervise finishing works on construction sites across Egypt. You will ensure that all activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards while providing technical support to resolve on‑site challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and follow up all finishing works to guarantee timely and proper execution.
• Prepare completed works for inspection and handover to the consultant.
• Provide technical support and solve site‑related technical problems.
• Review technical designs and drawings for correct implementation on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, estimate material needs, and review their invoices.
• Prepare and follow daily work schedules, reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with approved construction methods, procedures, and tools.
• Participate in coordination and progress meetings, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Very good command of English and Arabic.
• 1‑3 years of experience in civil construction or related field.
