About the role
We are looking for a Civil/Architectural Engineer to supervise interior finishing works on site and ensure quality execution of construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and follow up on interior finishing works on site.
- Read and review basic engineering drawings and ensure proper execution accordingly.
- Supervise workers daily and efficiently distribute tasks.
- Follow up on delivery of materials and ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior finishing and construction works.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and construction details.
- Strong site supervision and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
- Ability to follow up on work progress, quality, and execution.
- Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced site environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
