Client Experience Agent – Pharmacy Graduate

About the role

The Client Experience Agent (administrative assistant) is a key position focused on delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. This role is ideal for recent pharmacy or biotechnology graduates who are eager to apply their knowledge in a customer‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to drive service improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product development teams.
• Present and sell products and services, meeting sales targets.
• Manage inventory, track goods and handle product orders.
• Perform accurate data entry for inventory and customer interactions.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or an equivalent field.
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and customer‑service orientation.
• Proficiency in English.
• Sales and data‑entry proficiency.
