Clinic Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a professional Clinic Receptionist to join our team in New Cairo. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at our medical facility.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments, maintaining an accurate clinic calendar.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and direct callers to the appropriate department or medical professional.
• Update and maintain patient records in the clinic management system.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and handling correspondence.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment scheduling and clinic calendar management.
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with receptionist duties in a medical or wellness setting.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
• Customer‑service mindset with patience, empathy and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work on‑site in New Cairo.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using clinic management or scheduling systems.
• Accurate data‑entry and strong attention to detail.
