Clinical Pharmacist – Specialized Therapeutic Care

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team at Cleopatra Hospitals Group in Mohandessin, Giza. The role focuses on delivering specialized pharmacotherapy, supporting patient safety, and advancing clinical practice within the hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, individualized pharmacotherapy recommendations aligned with the patient’s specialty.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering pharmaceutical expertise to optimize treatment plans.
• Initiate, lead, and review clinical research projects and scholarly activities, disseminating findings to improve departmental strategies.
• Oversee documentation standards, ensuring accurate capture of therapeutic decisions and patient outcomes.
• Design and deliver training workshops for junior pharmacy staff, medical teams, and students, and provide one‑on‑one mentorship.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and revision of therapeutic protocols, guidelines, and formulary decisions.
• Monitor drug‑related problems, propose safer medication practices, and report findings.
• Offer specialized counseling to patients and caregivers, especially for complex or high‑risk medication regimens.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a pharmacist.
