CMS Setup & Implementation Specialist

About the role

Network International is seeking a CMS Setup & Implementation Specialist to lead the design, configuration and rollout of back‑office content management solutions across its payments platform. The role sits at the intersection of IT and operations, ensuring that new services, payment‑scheme mandates and system enhancements are delivered efficiently and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement back‑office CMS projects on the Network International platform.
• Drive TWI (Transaction Workflow Integration) projects and related system enhancements.
• Configure, monitor and maintain payment‑scheme mandates within the back‑office environment.
• Develop, test and deploy new services or features in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Provide day‑to‑day back‑office support to IT, operations, API developers and live‑support teams.
• Conduct demo sessions for new clients to showcase back‑office capabilities.
• Identify automation opportunities and enhance existing back‑office solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering CMS and integration projects in a financial‑services or payments context.
• Strong understanding of back‑office processes, payment‑scheme requirements and API ecosystems.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams, vendors and external partners.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward automation.
