CNS Product Specialist

About the role

The CNS Product Specialist will work remotely on a full‑time basis to support and promote Incandesce Pharma’s central nervous system product portfolio. You will educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, indications and usage while providing up‑to‑date clinical and scientific information.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits and follow‑ups with clinicians, pharmacists and key opinion leaders.
• Deliver product education, answer inquiries and share clinical data.
• Collect market insights and feed them to sales, marketing and medical teams.
• Assist in the creation of digital events, training materials and educational initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing therapeutic area training and product updates.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of CNS therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical products.
• Experience in product promotion, customer education or medical liaison activities within the pharma or healthcare sector.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Life Sciences or related field.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, ethical promotion and local regulations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using remote communication tools (e.g., video‑conferencing platforms).
• Competence in basic digital office applications.
