About the role

Join Schneider Electric’s Commercial Customer Care team in Cairo as a French‑speaking Associate. You will act as the trusted partner for customers, handling inquiries, orders and service requests across multiple channels while ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, orders and service requests via phone, email and chat with professionalism.
• Collaborate with front‑office, line‑of‑business and plant teams to resolve issues quickly and proactively.
• Support order management, pricing and contract coordination, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and service delivery.

• Strong communication skills in French and English, able to build trust with customers and colleagues.
