Community Operation Specialist

About the role

The Community Operation Specialist will drive OPPO’s audience engagement by building, activating, and nurturing both online and offline communities. This role blends community management, user‑generated content (UGC) activation, and performance insight to enhance brand presence among youth and university audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow campus ambassador programs, brand ambassador networks, and OPPO user communities.
• Plan and execute offline and online activation events, university collaborations, social club partnerships, and community meet‑ups.
• Oversee comment sections, direct messages, and overall community interactions while maintaining brand tone.
• Monitor audience behavior, track content and campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Design and launch UGC‑focused campaigns and competitions, encouraging user participation and converting stories into brand assets.

Required profile

• Female candidate, active on social media platforms.
• Strong relationships with vendors and experience managing third‑party partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven experience organizing community activations or events.
• Deep understanding of youth culture, social behavior, and qualitative insight integration.
