Community & Tenant Relations Manager

About the role

The Community & Tenant Relations Manager will be the primary on‑ground point of contact for club members and tenants, ensuring a welcoming environment and high‑quality experience across all facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for the club community, delivering consistent member service.
• Manage the full tenant relationship lifecycle, including onboarding, fit‑out coordination, day‑to‑day liaison, and renewal support.
• Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms, operating standards, opening hours, and brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute community activations, seasonal events, and member engagement programmes.
• Resolve member and tenant complaints, escalating operational issues to the Facility Director.
• Coordinate with facilities, security, housekeeping, and F&B teams to maintain community areas.
• Build feedback loops through surveys, floor walks, and committee meetings, reporting insights and satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the Sports Marketing Manager to align programming with club campaigns and sponsorships.
• Track tenant performance, footfall and community KPIs, reporting monthly to the Facility Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, Facilities Management or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in community management, tenant relations, retail/mall operations or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing tenants, leases or commercial partners in a mixed‑use or club environment.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict‑resolution and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple on‑ground priorities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to cover peak community hours and events.
