Compliance Analyst – Corporate Investigations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Compliance Analyst to join our Cairo team. The role focuses on conducting end‑to‑end corporate investigations, fraud assessments and compliance reviews, providing actionable insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document investigations from initiation through reporting, including evidence gathering and interviews.
• Examine financial transactions, accounting records and supporting documents to detect irregularities and control gaps.
• Analyze data and financial information to establish facts and support investigative conclusions.
• Prepare comprehensive investigation reports, root‑cause analyses and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance and other business stakeholders throughout investigations.
• Assist in strengthening internal controls, governance processes and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor investigation outcomes and support remediation activities while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 3‑6 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, corporate investigations, fraud risk management or forensic reviews.
• Proven ability to manage investigations independently from start to finish.
• Strong accounting and financial analysis background.
• Excellent report‑writing and presentation skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality and analytical thinking.
