Confirmation Associate – Home Remodeling (Remote)

About the role

The Confirmation Associate ensures that set appointments are verified, meet all criteria, and are routed efficiently to design consultants without upsetting potential customers. This remote position supports the sales team by optimizing travel routes and maintaining a smooth scheduling process.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm appointments and manage geography/routing of set appointments.
• Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and provide customer service.
• Manage sales team schedules and handle text/email correspondence with clients and the sales team.
• Prevent appointment cancellations, reset and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Review sales results and address disputes when applicable.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑leader or trainer experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in logistics and dispatching is advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Leadership, goal‑orientation, and a team‑focused mindset.
