Construction Manager – Industrial Facilities

About the role

Yardex Company is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead industrial construction projects such as factories, warehouses, and utility‑intensive plants. The role is based in Ain Sokhna and involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise on‑site activities and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of construction management experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial building codes and standards.
• Familiarity with utilities such as HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, and power systems.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Primavera and MS Project.
• Understanding of lean construction and workflow optimization.
