Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager at M squared will lead construction activities on behalf of the developer, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction activities from start to completion.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely progress.
• Control costs and track the project budget.
• Review drawings and verify work matches design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal teams.
• Prepare progress reports and update management.
• Oversee project completion, inspections, and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in construction, preferably on real‑estate or large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Experience in project planning, cost control, and contract management.
• Good understanding of health, safety and quality standards.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
