About the role

We are looking for a reliable, deadline‑driven Construction Supervisor to lead our construction crews. The role involves recruiting new crew members, monitoring performance, and ensuring safety education across the team while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

Recruit, onboard and train construction crew members.
Monitor crew performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Educate all staff on safety regulations and building codes.
Ensure projects stay within budget and timelines.
Coordinate the availability of required materials and equipment.
Identify problems on site and develop feasible solutions.

Proven leadership abilities to guide and motivate construction teams.
