Consulting Internship – Four Tracks

About the role

CID Consulting, an internationally recognized Egyptian consulting firm serving public, private and non-profit clients, has launched an internship program for graduating seniors. The program offers four tracks—Business Development, Project Management, Sustainability & Social Impact, and Marketing & Communications—and Finance & Accounting—with hands-on work on client projects and training in core consulting techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development: research opportunities, competitors and partners, map donors and private sector, prepare proposals, support implementation and maintain the consultants' database.
• Project Management: coordinate donor-funded projects, track deliverables and timesheets, screen and recruit consultants, organize ToRs, SoWs and project files, and take meeting minutes.
• Sustainability & Social Impact: conduct research, develop client recommendations, coordinate stakeholder mapping and data analysis, and contribute to knowledge management.
• Marketing & Communications: research and recommend to clients, coordinate stakeholder mapping, communication audits and situational assessments, and manage social media, website content and SEO.
• Finance & Accounting: monthly bookkeeping, data entry and reconciliation, tax authority reports, company financial reports and the annual external audit.

Required profile

• Outstanding graduating seniors in Marketing Communications, Mass Communications, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Political Science or a related field.
• Ability to research versatile topics and excellent English communication skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, eager to learn and grow.
