Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of consumer marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital, social media, on‑ground activations, and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Develop consumer‑focused content and communication in collaboration with agencies.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
• Track campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in consumer marketing, OTC pharma, FMCG, or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of consumer marketing and digital channels.
• Good analytical, communication, and project‑management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results‑oriented attitude.
