Contact Center Agent – Customer Support (UAE Account)

About the role

Geidea is seeking a motivated Contact Center Agent to handle inbound inquiries, complaints, and technical issues for its UAE account. You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality support, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company’s FinTech growth.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and technical problems.
• Provide accurate, efficient solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
• Record detailed notes of each interaction and transaction in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up until resolution.
• Stay updated on Geidea’s products, services, and payment solutions to offer informed assistance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving skills.
