About the role

Gunners Media FZE is seeking a creative, trend‑aware Content & Social Media Specialist to shape the company’s social presence, support a network of creators, and contribute to original media productions. This role goes beyond simple posting – it requires a deep understanding of short‑form video, audience engagement, and digital advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Gunners Media’s social accounts, develop weekly/monthly content calendars and produce TikTok, Reels, and other short‑form videos.
• Generate ideas, write captions, hooks, CTAs and short‑form scripts for promotional and brand‑building content.
• Support creators by brainstorming formats, reviewing content, providing feedback and helping build personal brands.
• Participate in sketch, podcast and media‑show brainstorming, research topics and suggest ways to repurpose long‑form productions into social clips.
• Monitor trends, track performance metrics and continuously optimise content based on insights.

Required profile

• Professional experience in social media, content creation or content marketing.
• Strong grasp of TikTok, Instagram, Reels and current short‑form video trends.
• Excellent copywriting and short‑form scriptwriting abilities.
• Ability to work directly with creators, give constructive feedback and guide personal‑brand growth.
• Good command of English and solid organisational skills.
